(1) Heads Up: We are posting the HQ Supervisory Notice of May 8, 2012 advising of recent changes to the Employee Performance Communication System (EPCS) effective with the 2012-2013 cycle, that will begin NET July 31, 2012. Please read carefully as these changes will guide the development of your new performance plans. Your Union will be negotiating the implementation of these changes at HQ and would like to hear from you. Please contact Rhoda Hornstein with any suggestions.
(2) Heads Up: We are posting the annual memo on preparing for this year’s performance appraisals and next year’s performance plans. Your Union is responsible for incorporating the following language: Distinguished Ratings: There is no predetermined limit on Distinguished ratings. Additionally, the number of Distinguished ratings given should not be dependent on the amount of award funding available within your organization. The rating given should be based solely on the employee's performance. Any questions, contact Rhoda Hornstein.
